Order got double booked by some reason. The shop called me same day (on a sunday) to straighten things out. Next monday the shipment left and I received it the day after. Excellent service, excellent packaging and excellent whisky!

Really happy with delivery of Tomatin 1988 - just what I was looking for. Due to delay in delivery Pierre maintained contact by phone to ensure all was well - he even sent an extra sample to me for the delay. I will be back!

Package arrived in good condition. Bottles were well-packed with multiple layers of bubble wraps and I even got a small surprise (5ml sample) as a free gift. Pierre was helpful with my questions and concerns and did a great job providing update and tracking info so I can see where is my package. Overall a great experience. I'll be making future purchases for sure!!
