We had problems with the courier, but Pierre communicated very promptly and ensured that eventually the order arrived safe and sound! Would definitely use them again for sourcing that special whiskey bottle!

Order got double booked by some reason. The shop called me same day (on a sunday) to straighten things out. Next monday the shipment left and I received it the day after.

Really happy with delivery of Tomatin 1988 - just what I was looking for. Due to delay in delivery Pierre maintained contact by phone to ensure all was well - he even sent an extra sample to me for the delay.
